Mykola Tomenko, the Deputy Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine predicts the worst political future for the Viktor Yushchenko, the effective President of Ukraine, "as among all the alternative behavior between the first and the second rounds of election he has chosen the least effective one."

"He, as the President, might declared that for him the most important is the provision of the democratic and legal character of the electoral campaign, for his voters he might suggest coming and voting in the course of the second round in a way they deem necessary and reasonable. He might address the citizens with the request to vote of Yulia Tymoshenko, the Prime Minister of Ukraine as she considerable helped him to occupy the Presidential office in the year 2004. Instead he has chosen the third way asked to vote against the both candidates and in fact delegated his team to work for Viktor Yanukovych", - M. Tomenko emphasized.

As an example the Deputy Chairman explained that in Sumy region that is a native region of Viktor Yushchenko, the chairmen of the regional administrations, higher educational establishments that are not simply "Our Ukraine" members but moreover, Yushchenko close friends and fellow students campaign for Viktor Yanukovych in an open way.

Concerning other candidates, Mykola Tomenko supposes that for Serhiy Tihipko and Arseniy Yatseniuk the oppositional activity would become the biggest challenge, "as in fact none of them was in the opposition", - M. Tomenko is convinced.

Mykola Tomenko, Deputy Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, will meet the faculty of Vinnytsia Mykhailo Kotsiubynsky State Pedagogical University. Within the scope of the working visit, M.Tomenko will meet the directors of the pre-school education establishments of the city and the region, presenting the CD "An Audio Book for Ukrainian Children". The CDs will be forwarded to the nursery schools of Vinnytsia region.
