Javier Solana, former European Union High Representative for Common Foreign and Security Policy and Secretary General of the Council of the European Union, and Dominique Strauss-Kahn, the head of the International Monetary Fund, are scheduled to attend the 7th Annual Meeting of YES (Yalta European Strategy), an international network established by billionaire Viktor Pinchuk to support Ukraine’s membership to the European Union.
