Lawmakers from the BYUT-Batkivshchyna and Our Ukraine – People’s Self Defense factions left the session hall of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine in a sign of protest of persecutions of former Interior Minister of Ukraine Yuriy Lutsenko.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, chairman of the OU-PSD faction Mykola Martynenko at the session of the parliament said that today “health and life of Y. Lutsenko is under the threat”.

According to the words of M. Martynenko, the hunger strike of Yuriy Lutsenko can lead to tragic consequences.
